Mystery Man ( Thomas Masada) has gone missing after the mysterious death of El Numeros gang leader ,Rico and Super Heroine Glamour. Word on the street is that Mystery Man is responsible. Cops say it was a drug bust gone bad. Rico and Glamour killed each other. Enraged by their leaders death, El Numeros gang hunt for Mystery Man. The homeless forgotten heroes of Vietnam and the Korean War and anyone associated with Mystery Man becomes a target of the gangs rage. The Vets rally together to find out the whereabouts of Mystery Man and nominate former Korean and Vietnam war hero ,G.I. American, to defend themselves against gang element, Cops, prostitutes and corrupt politicians who plan a city wide attack on homelessness by destroying their homes with riot squads.
